Job Description
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting including administering medications monitoring vital signs and delivering wound care.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and offer emotional support throughout their recovery process.
- Collaborate with registered nurses therapists physicians and support staff to implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress report changes in condition and participate in care planning.
- Educate patients and families about care routines and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
- Foster a compassionate healing environment that encourages patient recovery and independence.
- Work effectively within an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced patient-centered environment.
