Job Description
Perform maintenance activities for Oracle Private Cloud Appliance (PCA) and uphold best practices. Experience configuring networks and storage in the data centre and in a virtualized environment. Have experience of administering on Oracle Virtual manager Experience creating deploying and managing virtual machines. Have experience on upgrade and patch Private cloud appliance. Create custom appliance and Oracle VM VLAN networks. Knowledge of the Linux Operating System (OS). Plan and implement disaster recovery strategies. Configure and maintain Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance Provide proactive performance monitoring and capacity planning for future growth. Knowledge of Storage fundamentals NFS iSCSI-ZFS Storage Appliance experience is desirable. Knowledge/Experience in Virtualization technologies (OVM Xen etc.) Beneficial to have knowledge/experience in Ansible Terraform. Knowledge of one or more Cloud Platforms Azure/Oracle Cloud. Customer-focused with a proactive and responsive approach Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
