Job Description: Design develop and deliver learning solutions for specific business needs. Create strategic partnerships with Stakeholders and cater to their needs.
WFO/WFH - Hybrid (primarily WFH but will need to come to office whenever required)
Work Timings - General Shift - 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Work Location Bangalore
Job Description -
Learning specialist will have the primary responsibility for the delivery of the Professional Development Core Skills and Functional Skills training curriculum/programs. They need to have the ability to:
Manage relationships with business leadership and employees
Understand the business needs and constraints
Excellent ability to execute plans - Strong analytical skills planning and organizing capability
Demonstrate performance improvements through output and throughput measures
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
They also need to have the following skills:
Project management skills
Needs to have a good learning background particularly soft skills professional skills
Ability to manage ambiguity
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Good with MS Office products (PPT and Excel)
Able to navigate multiple projects concurrently
Good team player
Need to be able to manage relationship with vendors
Self-driven
