Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Material Analyst to work on-site with our client a worldwide designer manufacturer and integrator of precision control components company. This position plays a critical role in supporting logistics shipping receiving and inventory functions within the organization. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day logistics and clerical support for warehousing shipping and receiving functions.
- Manage documentation and records related to inventory movement and shipping.
- Assist with order filling picking packing and inventory control processes.
- Execute accurate data entry and maintain materials tracking systems.
- Develop and coordinate transport schedules and routes as needed.
- May drive company van between local Blacksburg facilities (valid drivers license required).
- Operate low-complexity non-motorized material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support timely product delivery.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics shipping/receiving inventory or clerical/materials support.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
- Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math and computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
- Valid drivers license required (for occasional inter-facility driving)..
