Job Summary (List Format) for Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM Consultant
- Serve as a senior IT developer and subject matter expert (SME) for the legacy Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM application.
- Provide technical leadership guidance and mentorship to a blended team of state staff and project resources during an FSCM on-premises upgrade.
- Collaborate closely with implementation partners to ensure alignment with client standards goals and requirements.
- Analyze the current PeopleSoft FSCM setup to identify potential challenges and plan for a seamless upgrade.
- Assist in defining directing and validating upgrade features functionality and processes.
- Deliver hands-on training and comprehensive knowledge transfer to client state staff including documentation to ensure self-sufficiency.
- Offer post-migration support troubleshooting and guidance to ensure system stability efficiency and user adaptability.
- Lead analysis design and development of customer-requested features including data cleanup and deployment of fixes.
- Participate in implementation testing review of production fixes and validation of business/technical capabilities.
- Organize and conduct regular knowledge transfer sessions on complex development work and incident resolution techniques.
- Document and share technical processes best practices and lessons learned with the ERPS team.
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards and adhere to client requirements for Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM support and upgrade.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years experience as an Oracle PeopleSoft developer with legacy support.
- Demonstrated experience in Oracle Fusion implementations migrations and data cleanup.
- At least 10 years experience developing data archive strategies for Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
- Minimum 10 years expertise in data consolidation/migration to cloud-based platforms.
- 10 years experience supporting Oracle Cloud products and SaaS.
- 10 years experience with Oracle databases and related infrastructure.
