JOB TITLE: Sr. Software Engineer - DEFENSE
LOCATION: Littleton CO - Onsite 3 days/week (Telework < 50%)
PAY RATE: Up to $85/hour

Summary:

Design develop test and maintain software in support of telemetry and ground systems
-
Troubleshoot and resolve software anomalies
-
Collaborate with team members to meet long-term project objectives
-
Provide support to lab users and assist in data analysis
-
Contribute to Agile and DevOps processes
Requirements:
-
Must have the ability to obtain a clearance
-
Bachelors degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
-
Expertise in C
-
Strong experience with Linux environments
-
Knowledge of telemetry systems and data processing
-
Experience in anomaly investigation and resolution
-
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
-
Effective verbal and written communication
-
Willingness to provide off-hours support as needed
-
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting
-
Background in satellite operations
-
Familiarity with voice and network communications
-
Proficient in Java Python and bash/csh scripting
-
Experience with Big Data platforms
-
Knowledge of OSComet
-
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
-
Ability to assist with data analysis and lab user support

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
