The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be a strategic partner in fostering a Lean and Operational Excellence culture across all Client locations. This role will coach lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity reduce waste and align with organizational strategy. If youre passionate about lean thinking and driving measurable improvements we want you on our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeach coach and mentor Lean principles and tools across all organizational levels
Serve as a change agent to drive and sustain a culture of Operational Excellence
Identify process improvement opportunities and mentor teams through execution
Track monitor and report key performance metrics (KPIs) for Lean initiatives
Provide coaching and feedback to enhance lean maturity across departments
Facilitate impactful training sessions to strengthen problem-solving skills
Lead maturity assessments and support teams on their Lean Roadmap
Use data analysis and statistical tools to guide decision-making and prioritize efforts
Collaborate with site leaders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Bachelors degree in Engineering (required)
Certified or trained Lean Practitioner (Toyota Production System or similar methodology preferred)
Proven experience leading change management or organizational transformation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
Proficient in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word Visio Project) and statistical tools (Minitab SPC for Excel)
Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
Self-starter with high accountability and a passion for process improvement
Willingness to travel 40 50% of the time
Excellent communication facilitation and presentation skills
