EEG Technician Qualifications: Registered EEG T one year of EEG experience BLS/CPR certified. Advanced computer conununicationnand critical thinking skills. Must successfully pass pre-employment health Duties: Will perform routing EEGs in accordance with established ASET guidelines on patients ranging fromnneo-natal to geriatric in outpatient and inpatient setting. Enters raw data and prepares data for physiciannreview measures and applies electrodes for adult and pediatric patients; descriptive analysis of EEGnwaveforms and patterns observed. Appropriate patient/family interaction. Editing of 24 hour equipment stocks acquisition stations reports malfunctions and records in equipment lognbook. Follows existing hospital/department policy and procedures.
