Job Description
Job Title: Estimating Manager
Job Location: Houston
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
- Lead and mentor a team of estimators to produce detailed cost proposals for utility-scale renewable projects
- Interpret bid documents drawings specs and site conditions to scope and price accuratel
- Own the estimating lifecycle-from early-stage scoping to final proposal review
- Validate pricing models labor assumptions subcontractor inputs and vendor quotes
- Coordinate with engineering procurement and construction teams to ensure alignment between estimates and execution plans
- Maintain estimating tools cost databases and historical benchmarks to improve accuracy
- Support leadership with risk assessments and pricing strategy for key bids
Continuously improve the teams processes tools and best practices
