Job Description:-
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large complex SAP/SuccessFactors implementations. Are you a rockstar who wants to deliver lead and be a part of a dynamic purpose Success Factors Project Manager
Requirements:
- At Client our Project Managers work directly with our clients to oversee large scale implementations. Day to day responsibilities include:
- Maintaining timelines implementation milestones scope and deliverables for multiple projects.
- Budgeting communicating statuses with client and communication plans.
- The Project Manager would server as the primary liaison between the client project team.
- Conducts internal project review meetings and acts as project information source.
- Monitors all lifecycle project deliverables to ensure quality is maintaine
Key Selection Criteria:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience a must.
- 5 years of Project Management experience (that doesnt mind serving as a program lead in conjunction with third party vendors)
- Experience with projects in the SuccessFactors SaaS space preferred.
- Experience managing project teams and/or outside vendors across multiple locations and geographies
- Ability to work as part of a team yet work independently on complex problems. Must be a team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding their knowledge in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask exercise sound judgment and prioritize conflicting demands of time with minimal supervision.
- Team player; always working towards win/win relationships.
- Self-guided person able to work in a changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
- Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules.
