Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven and client-focused professional to join our Treasury Sales team. This role is responsible for servicing the day-to-day needs of ISD clients and other institutional organizations with a focus on treasury products such as foreign exchange fixed income structured products and derivatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving volume and revenue growth while delivering exceptional service and customized financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities-
Serve as the primary point of contact for ISD clients and institutional accounts regarding their treasury and investment product needs

Promote and sell treasury solutions including:

Foreign exchange
-
Fixed income instruments
-
Structured notes
-
Derivatives
-
-
Monitor financial markets and provide timely insights pricing and recommendations to clients
-
Collaborate closely with internal teams including trading research risk and operations to ensure smooth execution and delivery
-
Support business growth by contributing to sales targets product penetration and revenue generation
-
Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies risk guidelines and regulatory standards

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client portfolios needs and risk appetite

Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field

MBA or other postgraduate finance qualification is a plus

3 to 12 years of experience in treasury market or investment sales within a financial institution
Preferred (but not required) certifications:

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)

SEC Fixed Income Market Salesman
-
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

Confident in dealing with senior-level clients and cross-functional teams
