Job Description
Job Title: Quality Assurance Blender
Location: Dyersburg TN
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Second Shift Monday Friday 2:00 PM 10:30 PM

The Quality Assurance Blender is responsible for preparing high-quality beverage blends sanitizing equipment and maintaining compliance with food safety and quality standards. This role ensures our products meet company specifications and safety regulations while supporting efficient syrup room operations.
Key Responsibilities-
Sanitize tanks and blending equipment according to GMP and company standards

Follow established formulas to blend syrup ingredients accurately

Retrieve and transport ingredients from inventory to syrup room

Unload sugar and concentrate deliveries as needed
-
Maintain accurate records of blending sanitation and test procedures
-
Follow the daily blending/sanitation schedule and prioritize tasks accordingly
-
Perform inventory checks and ensure proper ingredient rotation
-
Keep blending area clean and organized
-
Ensure compliance with all safety sanitation GMP and food safety protocols

Education: High School Diploma or GED
-
Language: Proficient in English (reading writing and speaking)

Mathematics: Basic math and measurement skills
-
Computer: Comfortable operating computers and entering data
-
Problem Solving: Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
-
Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently when needed
-
Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills

Physical:
-
Lift up to 75 pounds regularly
-
Stand for extended periods during shift
-
Adhere to all PPE and safety requirements

Experience in beverage manufacturing or syrup blending
-
Basic understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Knowledge of soft drink production processes
