Oversee the implementation of software maintenance and support solutions ensuring smooth operations.

Proven experience in a Program Management of large IT Program
Strong technology (custom apps) background and ability to get into details
Strong skills in IT Demand management Work carve-out and Intake and portfolio analysis
Proven experience in managing both support and development projects within a banking environment.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
In-depth technology knowledge of IT systems infrastructure and emerging technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
