Job Description
This role is for a Physical Therapist providing home health services. The therapist will conduct home visits attend periodic office meetings and manage a caseload of 5-10 patients daily. The position requires reliable transportation a valid drivers license and agency-required liability insurance. Compensation is based on a point system for various activities with a guaranteed minimum income provision. The therapist will cover Benton and Franklin Counties potentially traveling up to 75 miles from the Kennewick WA office.
- Attend periodic office meetings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits and activities.
- Manage a caseload of 5-10 patients daily averaging 5-6 patients per day.
- Travel to patient homes within a 75-mile radius of the office.
- Meet weekly productivity expectations (28-30 points).
- Utilize the HCHB EMR system.
- Comply with all agency policies and procedures.
- Current Physical Therapist license.
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Agency-required liability insurance.
- Weekend requirements vary by location.
- On-call requirements vary by job/location.
- Local assignments are accepted at the same rate.
- Pending licenses are not accepted.
- Most schedules are standard 5x8s (M-F) but some positions may have a 4x10s (Friday-Monday) Baylor shift schedule.
- Travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic is required.
