Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst
Work Authorization: GC USC GC EAD H4 EAD
Location: Detroit Michigan
Job Type: W2 contract (Hybrid /Onsite Anywhere in US)
A Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and providing data-driven solutions. They act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends.
  • Develop process models workflow diagrams and business cases.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement business solutions.
  • Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Facilitate meetings presentations and workshops with stakeholders.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
  • 0 to 3yrs of exp. As Business Analyst or related field.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
