As a System Analyst you ll work with teams to analyze system needs improve processes and support technical solutions that drive business success.
- Analyze and evaluate current systems and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements
- Develop and document functional specifications
- Assist in implementing system upgrades or enhancements
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical solutions
- Knowledge of system architecture databases and SDLC
- Familiarity with tools like SQL UML Visio or Jira is a plus
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
