Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Surveyor located in the Washington DC metro area. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting topographic surveys land surveying utilizing total station equipment and performing building surveying tasks. Daily tasks include measuring and mapping land boundaries collaborating with construction teams preparing detailed survey reports and ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying
- Experience with Total Station equipment
- Skilled in Building Surveying and general Surveying practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Relevant certifications or licensure in land surveying is a plus
