Job Description
Position: SDWAN L3 / L2 : Mumbai Location
Position: SDWAN L2 1 Position : Bengaluru Location
Expert Level Global Certification SDWAN L3
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve complex network issues that L1 and L2 engineers cannot handle using deep knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and protocols.
- Network Design and Architecture: Design and implement advanced network architectures ensuring scalability reliability and security.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze network performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimize the network for better performance and efficiency.
- Security Management: Implement and manage advanced security measures within the SD-WAN environment including firewalls VPNs and intrusion detection systems.
- Policy Management: Develop and enforce network policies including QoS (Quality of Service) and traffic management policies.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with other IT teams provide guidance to L1 and L2 engineers and lead network projects.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with SD-WAN vendors for support updates and new implementations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations changes and performance reports.
- These responsibilities ensure that the SD-WAN infrastructure is robust secure and capable of meeting the demands of modern network environments.
