Role Description
- The individual will be part of the Merchant Banking Team
- Conducting Due Diligence.
- Drafting of Offer Documents
- Liaison with clients legal counsels registrar share transfer agents auditors and other intermediaries
- Liaison with BSE NSE SEBI NSDL CDSL and other authority as per requirement.
- Manage proper documentation as required by the Merchant banker
- Advising clients on good corporate governance practices and compliances to various applicable Acts and guidelines.
- Framing Policies as required under the Companies Act 2013 SEBI (LODR) Regulations
- Identify leads for Origination and follow up work towards converting those leads into further meetings
- The individual must have self-driven attitude and eventually be ready for client facing role.
- Originate business through identification of MB opportunities direct follow up with corporate or build relationship with intermediaries (CA CS Consultants Lawyers etc).
- Preparation of Presentation and MIS
- Collaborate and consult with peers colleagues and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Qualification CS (Full cleared LLB CA Inter Cleared )
