Job Description

Role Description

  • The individual will be part of the Merchant Banking Team
  • Conducting Due Diligence.
  • Drafting of Offer Documents
  • Liaison with clients legal counsels registrar share transfer agents auditors and other intermediaries
  • Liaison with BSE NSE SEBI NSDL CDSL and other authority as per requirement.
  • Manage proper documentation as required by the Merchant banker
  • Advising clients on good corporate governance practices and compliances to various applicable Acts and guidelines.
  • Framing Policies as required under the Companies Act 2013 SEBI (LODR) Regulations
  • Identify leads for Origination and follow up work towards converting those leads into further meetings
  • The individual must have self-driven attitude and eventually be ready for client facing role.
  • Originate business through identification of MB opportunities direct follow up with corporate or build relationship with intermediaries (CA CS Consultants Lawyers etc).
  • Preparation of Presentation and MIS
  • Collaborate and consult with peers colleagues and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Qualification CS (Full cleared LLB CA Inter Cleared )
