Job Description
Job Title: Application Support (Python AWS)
Location: Detroit MI / Charlotte NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Looking for a candidate with experience in both Development and Production Support.
- The role will involve approximately 60 70% Application Support and the remaining in Development
- Develop maintain and enhance Python-based backend systems and APIs.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support including incident management root cause analysis and resolution.
- Monitor application performance and logs; implement alerting and recovery procedures.
