Job Title: Lead FP&A Analyst
Location: Orlando FL (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long Term Contract

Position Brief
The Position envisages end to end responsibility for delivering finance and accounting related activities (AR AP RTR FP&A) across Multiple Locations ensuring adherence to agreed expected service level agreements timelines and quality of output. Experience in Entertainment Tourism Hospitality Financial Services or related industries would be preferred.
Focus Area
- Perform day to day operations as guided by the team Lead.
- Prepare and review agreed reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
- Analyze data identify trends and provide insights to support business decisions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Implement and monitor new processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial procedures.
- Collaborate with onshore stakeholders & departments to ensure alignment on expected deliverables
- Communicate information clearly and concisely to all relevant parties
- Represent client in meetings and projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or related field.
- Proven experience in finance and accounting domain with at least 6 years of work experience
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in working in a large F&A Accounts for 3rd party BPOs.
- Experience in Entertainment Tourism Hospitality Financial Services or related industries would be preferred.
