Job Description

Job Title: Principal Regulatory Consultant Dietary Supplements

Duration: 11 Months

Location: Princeton NJ

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Principal Regulatory Consultant with deep expertise in dietary supplements to lead regulatory strategies ensure compliance and support product development for domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of FDA FTC and global regulatory requirements and experience guiding cross-functional teams through the regulatory lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regulatory strategies for dietary supplement products.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (FDA FTC DSHEA etc.).
  • Review product formulas labels marketing materials and claims for compliance.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies and stay updated on regulatory changes.
  • Support product submissions and documentation for global markets.
  • Advise clients or internal teams on regulatory risks and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Nutrition or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 8 years of regulatory experience in dietary supplements or related areas.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. and international dietary supplement regulations.
  • Strong communication documentation and problem-solving skills
