This role involves analyzing how a company works-its processes systems and data-to find ways to improve efficiency and performance. Youll help design or redesign processes support new product and system development and ensure changes are well-managed. Youll also create reports and track key metrics to support decision-making across the organization.
Technical Skills Required
Business Analysis: Understanding and documenting business processes and requirements.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Creating and modifying reports using financial and operational data.
Process Improvement: Experience with process design/redesign and identifying inefficiencies.
Change Management: Understanding the impact of changes on people processes and systems.
Testing & QA: Preparing test cases and scenarios for new systems or changes.
Tools & Software: Excel or other spreadsheet tools
Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
SQL or other data querying languages
Project management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence)
Soft Skills Required
