Job title : AWS Data Engineer
Location: Newark NJ-Hybrid
Duration: 12 Months
Job summary : As an Architect with a focus on Data Modelling ETL and Data Architecture you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust data solutions.
With 8 to 12 years of experience you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and optimize data workflows.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility of day shifts without the need for travel.

Responsibilities :
- Design and develop comprehensive data models that align with business objectives and enhance data accessibility.
- Oversee the implementation of ETL processes to ensure efficient data extraction transformation and loading.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data architecture solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure data solutions meet quality standards.
- Monitor and optimize data workflows to improve performance and reduce latency.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in data architecture and implement innovative solutions to enhance data systems.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to integrate data solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Analyze and resolve data-related issues promptly to minimize impact on business operations.
- Lead efforts to improve data quality and consistency across the organization.
- Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring data-driven decision-making capabilities are enhanced.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in data modelling techniques and tools.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ETL processes and related technologies.
- Have a strong understanding of data architecture principles and best practices.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Certifications Required : Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
