Starting salary is based on minimum education and years of experience and increases based on education and/or experience.
Overview:
We are seeking experienced Systems Engineers to join our team on a government contract. The ideal candidates will apply systems engineering principles throughout all phases of the system life cycle including:

Development

Production

Utilization

Support

Retirement
Key responsibilities include interacting with government stakeholders to resolve technical issues communicating with program staff and senior leadership and ensuring the integrity and quality of all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Perform systems engineering activities and prepare work products in accordance with ISO/IEC 15288 Technical Process Areas
-
Assist in the development of multiple work products in Project and/or Technical Process Areas
-
Support Agreement or Enterprise Process Areas per ISO/IEC 15288
-
Analyze technical alternatives and make preliminary recommendations
-
Develop and deliver work products across ISO/IEC 15288 Process Areas
-
Lead or coordinate the work of other engineers or technicians
-
Analyze and recommend engineering standards and processes
-
Evaluate technologies for project suitability
-
Propose innovative solutions to technical challenges
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Systems Engineer Level 3:
-
Bachelors degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus 6 years of systems engineering experience
OR -
High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of general systems engineering experience
OR -
Masters degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus 4 years of experience
OR -
PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus 4 years of experience
Systems Engineer Level 4:
-
Bachelors degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus 10 years of systems engineering experience
OR -
High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of general systems engineering experience
OR -
Masters degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus 8 years of experience
OR -
PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus 8 years of experience
