Job Description
Location: Jersey City NJ 07310
Duration: 9 Months
Job Type: Contract
Work Type: Onsite
Shift: 8.00AM-5.00PM
- Identify design and implement a unified control framework that ensures compliance with various transaction reporting regulations.
- Analyze regulatory requirements and industry best practices to design a common control framework that ensures compliance with transaction reporting regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document existing controls and processes related to transaction reporting
- Work with regulatory reporting teams to ensure seamless integration of the new control framework
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and gaps in the control framework
- Develop and maintain documentation of the control framework including policies procedures and training materials
- Experience in designing and implementing control frameworks preferably in a banking or financial services environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and gaps
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with project management and implementation of new processes and controls
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Familiarity with banking systems and technology such as trade capture and reporting systems
