Job Title: Workspace One (AirWatch) Sr. Engineer
Years of Experience: 3 years
Summary:

Requires at least 3 years of experience with Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch)

A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting MacOS Android Enterprise and iOS using Workspace One
-
Experience managing Workspace One infrastructure and its components at scale is required to be successful
Technical Skills:
-
Play a pivotal role in the administration of Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch) specifically for mobile and Apple MacBook devices
-
Drive device patching compliance ensuring all devices are up-to-date with the latest security measures and software enhancements
-
Responsible for the deployment and management of software across the platform
-
Oversee the installation of applications monitor performance and troubleshoot issues
-
Maintain an efficient and secure mobile device environment
Additional Responsibilities:
-
Develop and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies on Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch)
-
Serve as a software hardware and OS specialist to deploy manage track and audit Apple MacBook / mobile devices using Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch)

Troubleshoot monitor and diagnose problems with Apple MacBook mobile device hardware and software for Android and MacOS/iOS

Document and organize operating procedures for device configurations technical support processes and procedures as needed
