Job Description
Job Title: Senior Data Warehouse and BI Developer
Location: AtlantaGA(Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Required Qualifications:- Proven experience in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence.
- Expertise in T-SQL with strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Advanced knowledge in developing and maintaining SSIS packages and complex Stored Procedures.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Hands-on experience in ingesting and aggregating data from internal and external sources for enterprise-level data warehousing.
- Strong data modeling skills including conceptual logical and physical models.
- Deep understanding of relational database design principles and SQL programming.
- Experience working with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to provide on-call support after hours as needed.
- Experience guiding or mentoring junior developers or team members.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or related field.
- Strong analytical conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with data governance and metadata management best practices.
- Exposure to cloud database platforms is a plus.
- Collaborate with internal customers prospects and stakeholders to understand and translate business use cases into actionable data analysis mapping and integration solutions.
- Design and develop data integration routines for moving cleansing and transforming large data sets between multiple systems.
- Identify data sources provide data flow diagrams and develop detailed source-to-target mappings and process documentation.
- Work closely with the Data Architect to recommend optimal data models for ingestion and collaborate with BI Developers for reporting and analytics.
- Design implement and maintain robust database objects such as tables views indexes and security configurations.
- Provide technical enablement and support to team members building database applications on-premise or on cloud platforms.
- Maintain and optimize data warehouse performance through batch job tuning parallelization and performance enhancement techniques.
- Establish and support data governance processes and ensure the accuracy and validity of metadata across the BI environment.
- Ensure high data quality using audit controls proactive monitoring and data cleansing methods.
- Support scheduled data process integrity checks perform deployments and coordinate software releases.
