Job Description
Job Title :Cognos BI Developer Human Services Data Specialist
Location: Rensselaer NY(Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements conduct analysis and develop logical data models.
- Skilled in developing modifying and troubleshooting Cognos Framework Manager and Transformer models.
- Proficient in using JavaScript to extend and enhance Cognos report functionality.
- Strong background in relational database design including creation of tables enforcement of constraints and development of functions stored procedures views and complex SQL queries.
- Hands-on experience implementing and working with data exchange standards for sharing Human Services data at both State and Federal Government levels.
- Extensive experience generating and troubleshooting reports related to social services programs including end-user support.
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
