The State of South Carolina is looking for 2 Network Technicians - Advanced Why is this position open: 2 openings - 1 employee retiring and 1 contract ending due to relocation Max Bill Rate: -/hour Will close to submissions on 7/14/25 5:00PM EST. Interview Process: 1 round of virtual interview with camera on Duration of the Contract: 12 months Possibility for Extension: Yes Work Location: Fully Onsite & Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense. Candidates from SC NC and GA will be preferred. Candidate should also be comfortable with daily commute as mass transportation is not reliable. Shift: Night shift 6:00PM - 6:00AM; 2 days on 2 days off 3 days on 3 days off. Schedule will allow for every other weekend off. Full job description attached. Additional details: Candidates should possess strong soft skills able to communicate well work individually and as part of a team. Mainframe experience is highly preferred but can be taught.
