Job Description
Job Title: Software Triage Engineers
Location: Southfield MI
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Client is looking for a couple of triage Engineers that are capable to perform the logs analysis and find the root cause independently and on the spot.
- The support is needed for local customer sites like CTC SLTA testing locations and plants in metro Detroit and Toledo. We need to start immediately.
- Analysis of requirements and specifications with the customer
- Support the Customer on integration tests of the TBM units and support the Customer in the result analysis and in the defect tracking
- Perform joint tests with the Customer to evaluate the development status of the system
- Ensure a first level analysis for all defects/parts coming from internal (Product Validation Plant services) and external customers
- Analyze defects seen on customer R&D sites and provide the root cause analysis on the spot
- Be the R&D referent for Customer plants and ensure the proper spread of information
- Support customer production sites during product launch phases
- Support WAR room meetings and discussions related to issues found root cause and resolution and fixed.
