Job Description
- Liaise with business users/product teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Support trade capture risk management and P&L reporting workflows
- Hands -on experience in configuring and maintaining Calypso/Murex modules (e.g. Static Data Confirmations Settlements Accounting)
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide Level 2/3 support
- Write functional specifications and coordinate UAT
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams for system enhancements
- Proficiency in SQL Unix/Linux and Excel
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and Agile PM tools like JIRA ADO
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
