Job Description
As a Director at DPO-ONE you will be at the helm of an innovative company with enormous
growth potential. Your focus is on leading the organization from the startup phase to a scale-up emphasizing driving sales growth and further product development.
Your responsibilities:
1. Strategic Growth: Develop and implement an ambitious growth strategy to position DPO-ONE globally as the go-to privacy compliance solution.
2. Sales and Marketing: Lead efforts to enter new markets acquire customers and deepen
existing relationships. Give direction to our sales and marketing teams.
3. Product Development: Drive innovation and work closely with the development team to
continuously improve and adapt our SaaS solution to global needs.
4. International Leadership: Take DPO-ONE to new heights by expanding globally and partnering with diverse markets and sectors.
5. Financial Management: Ensure a sound financial foundation through effective budget
management and the achievement of set goals.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrable experience in successfully leading companies to a scale-up.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and developing profitable products.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take risks and embrace innovation.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch and Portuguese are an advantage).
- Affinity with privacy legislation and compliance is a plus.
