We are seeking a visionary and customer-focused F&B Manager to join our team in Dhahran Saudi Arabia. As the F&B Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations ensuring exceptional dining experiences while maximizing profitability and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
- Lead and supervise all food and beverage outlets including restaurants bars room service and banquet operations
- Develop innovative menus and culinary concepts that align with guest preferences and market trends
- Implement and maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations
- Manage inventory cost control and budgeting to optimize financial performance
- Recruit train and mentor a diverse team of F&B professionals to deliver exceptional service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance guest satisfaction
- Analyze key performance indicators and develop strategies to improve revenue and efficiency
- Foster relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Handle VIP guests and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Culinary Arts or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-outlet F&B operations
- Advanced knowledge of cost control inventory management and procurement processes
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian food safety regulations and international hospitality standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and profit optimization
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests staff and stakeholders
- Innovative mindset with a passion for culinary trends and creating unique dining experiences
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
