Job Description
Dates of Coverage: ASAP and ongoing
Reason for Coverage: Expansion
Practice Setting: Hospital-based
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Supervision Model: ACT Care-Team model; anesthesiologists present at induction emergence and key intervals during cases
Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 60 total
Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1 Trauma Center
Operating Room Staff: Collegial team environment
Number of Operating Rooms: 25
Training or Experience Requirements: Level 1 trauma experience required; no new graduates
Patient Age Demographics: Few pediatric cases; primarily adolescents adults and geriatric patients
