Job Description

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations developing and providing therapy services and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each Details: This contract is located in near Peyton CO and will last the 25/26 school year. The contract pays $54/ hour (local) and $2322.50/week (travel) for 37.5 student contact hours per week with a full benefits package. Before applying for the position please ensure you are eligible to work in Colorado as a Occupational Therapist. Pending licenses are accepted. Minimum Requirements:Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practiceOne (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferredCurrent CPR if applicableTB Questionnaire PPD or chest x-ray if applicableCurrent Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)Must meet all federal state and local requirementsMust be at least 18 years of age
