Were looking for a strategic Sales Enablement Senior Manager to empower our adtech sales team with the tools knowledge and training needed to win in a fast-moving competitive market. This role will be instrumental in accelerating ramp-up time improving deal outcomes and driving consistent sales performance through targeted programs materials and role will work closely with sales leadership marketing product teams and training departments to develop sales enablement strategies that improve sales productivity and efficiency
Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires to accelerate ramp-up time and ensure early success.
Develop and implement enablement programs that enhance the effectiveness of the sales team across the full sales cycle.
Create manage and distribute sales collateral playbooks and training materials tailored to the adtech industry.
(Examples include: Product Deep Dives Battle Cards Persona Guides Industry Trends Newsletters Competitive Overviews etc.)
Support go-to-market efforts by equipping the sales team with training messaging frameworks and materials for new product and feature launches.
Maintain a centralized enablement content repository ensuring content is current version-controlled and aligned with product updates and business priorities.
Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing and Sales Operations to ensure alignment on offerings value propositions and the competitive landscape.
Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously assess enablement gaps and iterate on programs based on evolving needs.
Develop persona-based messaging guides and align enablement efforts with key stages of the buyer journey.
Design and manage sales readiness assessments and certifications to ensure knowledge retention and confidence in product positioning.
Implement and manage ongoing training programs workshops and coaching sessions for sales reps and frontline managers.
Track and analyze enablement KPIs (e.g. ramp time content adoption quota attainment) to measure program impact and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with Sales Operations and Revenue leadership to align on pipeline health territory planning and forecasting needs.
5 years of experience in sales enablement sales operations or a related role within the ad tech digital advertising or marketing technology space.
Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and digital media landscape.
Excellent communication presentation and training skills.
Experience developing sales enablement content and training programs.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms (e.g. Seismic Highspot Showpad).
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and improve sales performance.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
