About You and this Role
Dow is seeking highly motivated dependable self-starters who are interested in working for a safe well-established global company as a Finishing Operator in Auburn MI.
As a Finishing Operator you will provide support for Dows manufacturing operations through the packaging and distribution of Dow products. You are a team player and a problem solver and are willing to step up to help the team succeed in an empowered environment. - A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must have a current valid US drivers license
- Willing and able to work all applicable shifts on a monthly rotation (including weekends) and work overtime when needed
- Ability to safely work in a plant environment meet physical demands (frequent bending reaching and occasional lifting of material weighing approximately 50 lbs. as well as standing or walking for extended periods of time) work at elevated heights and comfortably use PPE/safety equipment (including earplugs goggles steel-toed shoes uniform fire resistant and chemical protectant (FR/CP) harnesses with a total maximum weight capacity of 300lbs).
- A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process

- 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Forklift Operations Experience
- 4 years of relevant Military experience
