Were looking for a motivated early-career professional to join our team as a Jr. Territory Sales Representative. Youll support Multi-Unit Housing (MUH) and Hospitality accounts with additional exposure to Corporate Wellness and Local Government (CWLG) customers.
Youll be paired with a seasoned rep who will mentor you as you grow your skills in field sales customer engagement and territory planning. This role will support accounts across the Mid-Atlantic with a preference for candidates based near Philadelphia or Baltimore.

Support sales efforts across MUH Hospitality and CWLG
Learn to position fitness as a lifestyle-enhancing amenity
Assist in tailoring communication to non-fitness buyers and aligning multiple stakeholders
Navigate contract-based sales processes and align solutions with organizational wellness goals
Participate in design discussions and stay current on wellness trends
Build your presence in the market through networking and storytelling
WHAT YOULL BRING
12 years in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred)
Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
Interest in hospitality wellness or real estate environments
Based near a major urban marketideally Philadelphia or Baltimore
