Job Description
Photo Maintenance Technician
Provide preventative and corrective maintenance on the photolithography equipment: ASML PAS 5000 scanners and TEL ACT 8 tracks.
- Technician is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in Chandler FabPhotoarea.
- The tasks include but are not limited to troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronic systems pneumatic and mechanical systems scheduled maintenance consumable changes and various other activities relevant to the success of the area. The technician should have a solid understanding of SPC 5s FDC systems and demonstrate problem solving skills. The position requires the ability to interface with other internal and external groups to ensure all safety performance and reliability requirements are satisfied. The technician will be required to understand and follow all safety protocols when working around hazardous chemicals. The technician will be required to complete documentation and train others.
- The position requires working compressed shifts days or nights.
Key Challenges:
- Able to diagnose equipment alarms read operational data and create action plans as needed.
- Able to work in a high volume manufacturing environment and sustain equipment with minimal direction.
Cross functional aspects:
- Able to work in a cross-functional team as needed including associates
Job Qualifications:
- Education:
- AA AS AAS in electronics or other industrial engineering related discipline is preferred. Education along with experience or military training may satisfy formal education requirements.
- The technician will be required to effectively communicate using written and verbal skills stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours) and be physically able to perform required tasks which may include stooping crawling in confined spaces and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds.
- Experience in one or more of the following categories is required electro-mechanical vacuum pressure control electronics robotics.
