Job Description
- 1. Toensure cGxP compliance in the laboratory.
- 2. Media preparation sterilization and GPT of media.
- 3. MET of Samples (FG RM INPROCESS HOLD TIME SWAB sample and STABILITY)
- 4. Environment monitoring in production Sampling Area and microbiology section (By Settle Plate & Air Sampler).
- 5. Preparation of culture suspension & maintenance of microbial cultures.
- 6. To execute the validation/revalidation activities of the different instruments related to microbiology.
- 7. Calibrations of pH meter Conductivity meter weighing balance incubators Laboratory Oven micropipette etc.
- 8. To operate the smooth operation/cleaning of instruments like TOC Horizontal autoclave Vertical autoclave Incubators Refrigerator Microscope Water bath Colony Counter Zone reader Oven etc.
- 9. Ensure cleaning and sanitization fumigation etc in microbiology section.
- 10.Ensure Safety Personnel hygiene and Good Documentation Practice etc in microbiology section.
