Smith Auto Family in Levelland is seeking a motivated detail-oriented individual to support and grow alongside our Commercial Sales Department. This role will work closely with our experienced Commercial Sales Manager to help streamline operations reduce lead times and strengthen relationships with business government and fleet clients.
Whether youre just getting started in the automotive or sales world or youre looking to pivot into a high-opportunity environment this position offers hands-on training mentorship and long-term advancement into a potential Commercial Account Manager role.
Support the Commercial Sales Manager in daily operations deal structuring documentation and customer engagement.
Interface with all departments including Finance Service and Parts to ensure a seamless commercial sales and ownership experience.
Assist in vehicle ordering and upfit coordination based on customer needs and inventory forecasting.
Help manage and service current commercial accounts including communication follow-up and retention initiatives.
Contribute to new account development efforts occasionally visiting business and government clients off-site.
Utilize software tools including CRM DMS Microsoft Excel and Ford-specific commercial platforms (training provided).
Forecast sales volume and assist in tracking departmental performance metrics.
This is a foundational role designed for individuals with strong work ethic communication skills and interest in the commercial side of the auto business. Over time the right candidate will have the opportunity to:

Gain deep knowledge of vehicle ordering upfitting fleet service management and business procurement practices.

Sales administrative or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
