Job Description
Eastside Car Dealershiplocated in Indianapolis Indiana is looking for an experienced Part time Title Clerk/Billing Clerk to join our team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail excellent numerical skills and strong organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process vehicle sales accurately and verify necessary documentation for dealership transactions using billing software.
- Ensure all documentation for vehicle sales is accurate organized and stored properly.
- Process dealer trades
- Handle wholesale purchases and billing
- Verify customer payments track outstanding balances and follow up on
- departments customers and vendors.
- Process vehicle payoff checks
- Process all vehicle titles with CVR
- Process all out of state titles
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prefer 2 or more years of automotive dealership experience or equivalent.
- Prefer 2 or more years of CDK Global experience
- Previous experience working in a busy office environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Possess strong communication skills - including both written and verbal
- Possess a good understanding of finance and math concepts
- Must have a clean driving record & valid drivers license
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
