Job Description

Job Duties:

- Lead the preparation and submission of environmental permit applications for land development infrastructure and water resource projects.
- Manage coordination with local state and federal regulatory agencies including PADEP USACE and EPA.
Review site plans technical reports and environmental studies to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Provide technical guidance to project teams on environmental permitting requirements constraints and strategies.
- Conduct site assessments and oversee wetland delineations stream impact assessments and erosion/sediment control planning.
Supervise and mentor junior environmental staff ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in environmental laws and permitting processes that impact the firms projects and clients.


Requirments:

*Experience with NPDES and EPA permitting for residential developments; PA is a must OH is a plus.
*Wetland and stream delineation certification experience.
*Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering Environmental Science or related degree.
*10 years of relevant experience.
*Ability to work in a team environment.
