About 30th Street Market
Were a neighborhood deli caf bakery and market located in the heart of Oklahoma Citys Paseo Arts District. Since opening in 2022 weve built a loyal community around good food a warm atmosphere and local connection. As we grow were looking to bring on a Line Supervisor to help lead our back-of-house team.
The Role: Line Supervisor
As a Line Supervisor youll be a key member of our kitchen teambridging the gap between line cooks and leadership. Youll work the line alongside staff while overseeing food quality supporting smooth operations during service and helping train new cooks. This is a hands-on leadership role with clear potential to grow into a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager position.
What Youll Do
Daily Kitchen Operations
- Lead line during busy service periods keeping orders on time and up to standard.
- Prep cook and plate items to recipe and presentation specs
- Maintain clean organized and well-stocked workstations
Team Support & Communication
- Be the go-to support for line cooksanswer questions guide when needed calm is key!
- Coordinate with FOH team to keep service flowing smoothly
- Help onboard and train new kitchen staff
Quality & Food Safety
- Ensure consistency in taste texture and appearance of all dishes
- Monitor food handling and cleanliness to meet health code standards
- Track low stock or supply issues and report to manager
What Were Looking For
13 years experience in a professional kitchen (deli/caf preferred)
Comfortable running a line and staying cool under pressure
Confident in giving (and receiving) feedback
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills and a team-first attitude
ServSafe certification (or willingness to get one)
