Please review the following job description:

Experienced Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer who will be responsible for agile and release management of entire Enterprise Architecture Governance and Operations book of work. Responsible for leading the team in their agile transformation leading multiple scrum teams and working with developers to execute key functionality during scheduled releases.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. End-to-end agile management of team including agile training scrum team coaching and creation and reporting of agile metrics to management.
2. Assisting product manager with backlog refinement based on strategic input and key organizational priorities.

3. PI Planning preparation and execution.

4. Preparation and execution of work items during schedule releases.

5. Navigate the organization to manage dependencies and remove impediments.

6. Responsible for ensuring Truist SDLC is appropriately followed.

7. Work under minimal supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Bachelor degree and related training or experience including experience in a Scrum Master role

2. Seven years of professional experience two years of experience working on or with agile teams three years in a delivery role (developer tester architect BA business owner etc.)

3. Working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies

4. Detailed knowledge of several IT and non-IT/Agile skills and tools and their application.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Professional Scrum Master III Certification
2. SAFe Release Train Engineer Certification
3. Experience with Rally and Jira tools.
4. Banking or financial services experience

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS

Visual / Audio / Speaking

Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.

Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding

Able to work standard office equipment including PC keyboard and mouse copy/fax machines and printers.

Availability

Able to work all hours scheduled including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.

Travel

Up to 50%
