We Are Looking For
A Quality Technician who will support the overall needs of the quality department. This individual will be involved with inspections vendor management escape management and RMA activities and calibration. The Quality Technician will also support efforts toward AS9100 recertification. This role requires a positive high energy detail-oriented team player who is willing to learn and execute tasks efficiently. Success in this role requires relentless execution of process improvements operational excellence and a commitment to delivering results at the site.
What Youll Do
- Inspection of product back up support role for final and incoming inspection
- Maintain calibration program
- Maintain discrepant material processes
- Assist with customer complaints and RMAs
- Assist with vendor management duties
- Assist with QMS activities toward AS9100D and ISO9001:2015 recertification
- Ensure company compliance to customer requirements
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
What You Bring
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with high performance teams
- Problem analysis and problem resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Access)
Special Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) orasylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
- ITAR Requirement
- 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
