Position Overview
The Child and Adolescent Blended Service Coordination Supervisor will lead a multidisciplinary team providing service coordination for Child and Adolescent clients who are seeking services across behavioral health drug and alcohol education and justice-related systems. The Supervisor ensures staff deliver high-quality services advocate effectively for clients and meet program goals. This role involves staff mentoring service oversight compliance monitoring and interagency collaboration.
As a key leadership role the Supervisor works closely with system partners clients and internal teams to foster recovery inclusion and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Staff Development
- Recruit interview and onboard new staff in collaboration with unit manager and mentor.
- Provide individual and group supervision to service coordinators ensuring role clarity and professional development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations monitor progress and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop staff training programs and identify professional development opportunities.
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring effective service delivery and compliance.
Client Services and Program Management
- Process and assign program referrals in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee client assessments and service plans -- ensuring alignment with client strengths needs and goals across behavioral health education and justice-related systems.
- Monitor staff caseloads ensuring timely and appropriate service delivery required face-to-face contacts documentation and follow-up.
- Maintain a small caseload when necessary to ensure program continuity.
- Collaborate with system partners (e.g. courts schools providers) to deliver integrated and effective client care.
Compliance and Documentation
- Prepare for and participate in periodic OMHSAS CCBHO Allegheny County audits including licensing quality and fraud/waste/abuse.
- Ensure all program activities align with SPA principles and meet OMHSAS CCBHO Allegheny County HSAO and Agency standards.
- Audit electronic health records for program evaluation reporting and data analysis.
- Oversee the accurate and timely completion of required assessments service plans crisis plans progress notes encounter forms etc.
- Monitor and report on staff productivity and completion of billable hours.
Team Collaboration and Quality Assurance
- Serve on the internal management team contributing to agency-wide quality assurance company culture and program evaluation efforts.
- Address personnel issues in coordination with the Executive Director and Unit Manager.
- Complete Quality Assurance Activities including conducting client surveys / field supervision and responding to grievances.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and court proceedings as necessary.
- Complete timely monthly reporting to Unit Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Social Work Psychology Criminal Justice Education or a related field.
- Three years of experience in a human services behavioral health or education setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and direct staff work effectively.
- Knowledge of county-wide service systems including behavioral health drug and alcohol services and justice-related programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with cultural competence to engage diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently exercise sound judgment and foster teamwork within programs.
Additional Requirements
- Act 33 Act 34 and FBI clearances required.
- Valid Pennsylvania drivers license and access to a personal vehicle with current insurance.
- Participation in on-call rotations as required by the program.
