This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered .
As a Lead UX Designer your tasks may include but are not limited to Design and optimize user experiences for acquisition care or product across all platforms utilizing various graphics software applications techniques and tools to ensure intuitive and seamless interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions design and develop user interface features site animations and special effects elements ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and aesthetic principles.
User Research and Information Architecture: Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs and behaviors develop and organize the structure and flow of information within the product and determine optimal layout media and technology based on client requirements.
Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UI designers developers and product managers to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions contribute to the design groups efforts to enhance digital offerings and independently manage multiple projects.
Usability Accessibility and Documentation: Ensure that designs comply with usability and accessibility standards create and maintain comprehensive design documentation and maintain security and documentation standards including quality and accuracy.
Continuous Improvement and Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes and analyze performance to drive future design improvements.
