Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced confident and compassionate Lead Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our team and serve as a clinical and cultural leader within the hospital. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys mentoring others and maintains a high standard of patient care and client communication. Youll work alongside our DVMs veterinary assistants and CSRs to ensure smooth daily operations and foster a positive cohesive team dynamic.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on high-quality veterinary technical support in all areas of patient care including anesthetic monitoring dental procedures surgical prep and recovery laboratory diagnostics and client education.
Qualifications:
Active Washington State LVT license in good standing.
3 years of clinical experience as an LVT; previous leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
Proficient in anesthesia surgical monitoring radiology lab work dentistry and patient handling client education.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks adapt quickly and stay calm under pressure.
A commitment to patient care team growth and ethical standards.
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time flexible 4-day workweek (no weekends!)
Competitive hourly wage (DOE) with potential for leadership stipends (Annual Bonus)

Starting wage at $31.50/hr (dependent on experience)
